DALAM persiapan untuk kembali terbang ke Langkawi bermula 16 September 2021, AirAsia memberi jaminan faktor kesihatan dan keselamatan penumpang akan menjadi keutamaan mereka.
Malah syarikat penerbangan tambang murah itu turut membangunkan pelbagai inovasi dan pembaharuan teknologi tanpa sentuh yang membolehkan tetamu terbang dengan selesa dan selamat.
Ini termasuk sistem daftar masuk yang mudah dan pantas serta membolehkan pelanggan memuat naik dokumen kesihatan dan vaksinasi mereka untuk pengesahan segera melalui AirAsia Super App sebelum ke lapangan terbang.
AirAsia memastikan prosedur operasi dilaksanakan dengan standard tertinggi termasuklah dengan menugaskan hanya kru penerbangan yang telah divaksinasi sepenuhnya untuk mengendalikan pesawat.
Manakala ciri-ciri keselamatan pesawat itu sendiri seperti sistem pengudaraan dan penapis berkuasa tinggi yang digunakan di dalam kabin juga menjamin udara yang paling bersih untuk para tetamu.
Langkawi bakal menjadi tumpuan pelancong domestik.
Sebelum menempah tiket penerbangan AirAsia anda, sila pastikan perkara-perkara berikut untuk menjamin perjalanan yang lancar:
1. Pastikan anda (dan keluarga) layak untuk melakukan perjalanan
Sila semak jika ada sebarang peraturan atau syarat-syarat tertentu yang telah ditetapkan untuk ke Langkawi dan destinasi lain.
Ini termasuklah keperluan menyediakan dokumen kesihatan dan perjalanan. Syarat-syarat ini mungkin akan berubah dari semasa ke semasa, jadi sila dapatkan maklumat terkini daripada pihak berkuasa berkaitan terlebih dahulu.
Daftar masuk secara kendiri mengurangkan kesesakan dan sentuhan.
2. Semua tetamu perlu mendaftar masuk secara kendiri
Langkah ini adalah untuk meminimumkan sentuhan fizikal dan mengurangkan kesesakan di lapangan terbang. Mendaftar masuk kendiri amat mudah dan ia boleh dilakukan melalui airasia Super App atau laman web airasia.com bila-bila masa 14 hari sebelum penerbangan.
Anda hanya perlu mengimbas atau memuat naik sijil vaksinasi atau dokumen kesihatan yang diperlukan semasa proses mendaftar masuk untuk pengesahan segera.
Sila ambil maklum:
A. Daftar masuk melalui kaunter hanya untuk tetamu kurang upaya, tetamu yang membawa bayi (bawah usia 24 bulan), dan tetamu bawah umur yang terbang sendiri.
B. Caj daftar masuk kaunter akan dikenakan kecuali untuk kategori tetamu yang dinyatakan di atas.
Bagi mengelakkan kelewatan pastikan tiba awal di lapangan terbang.
3. Pastikan anda tiba lebih awal di lapangan terbang
Para tetamu digalakkan untuk tiba sebaik-baiknya 4 jam sebelum masa berlepas untuk memenuhi semua proses yang diperlukan. Pasukan khidmat pelanggan kami bersedia membantu sebarang pertanyaan dari tetamu.
4. Pakai pelitup muka sebelum, semasa dan selepas penerbangan
Pakai pelitup muka perubatan jenis tiga lapis seperti yang disarankan pihak berkuasa kesihatan, atau gunakan pelitup muka berganda untuk perlindungan yang lebih baik.
Pelitup muka dengan injap terbuka tidak dibenarkan di dalam penerbangan AirAsia.
Berikut adalah beberapa tip bagi anda mendapatkan pengalaman perjalanan yang lebih selesa dan lancar bersama AirAsia.
1. Manfaatkan airasia Super App sepenuhnya
Bagi yang belum memuat turun aplikasi ini, disarankan berbuat demikian sekarang. Ia adalah satu-satunya aplikasi perjalanan yang anda akan perlukan, bermula dengan tempahan penerbangan dan penginapan, daftar masuk, pengesahan dokumen kesihatan sehinggalah kepada pas masuk elektronik dan pelbagai perkhidmatan semasa dalam penerbangan.
Jika anda membuat perjalanan berkumpulan atau bersama keluarga, sila pastikan setiap tetamu mempunyai airasia Super App pada telefon pintar mereka.
Semua krew juga sentiasa mematuhi SOP.
2. Cetak tag bagasi melalui kiosk tanpa sentuhan di lapangan terbang dan daftar masuk bagasi secara kendiri
Jika anda mempunyai bagasi daftar masuk, jangan lupa untuk membuat pra-tempahan dalam talian semasa membeli tiket penerbangan atau sehingga 4 jam sebelum penerbangan anda untuk menikmati penjimatan terbaik.
Selepas mendaftar masuk secara kendiri, anda boleh mengimbas kod QR pada pas masuk elektronik anda untuk mencetak tag bagasi di kiosk dan kemudian mendaftar masuk bagasi secara kendiri.
3. Pelepasan secara berperingkat
Untuk memastikan kelancaran dan meminimumkan sentuhan sesama para tetamu dan dengan kru kabin, perlepasan akan dilakukan dari barisan belakang (Zon 2), diikuti dengan barisan tengan (Zon 3) dan akhir sekali barisan hadapan/Hot Seats (Zon 1). Proses turun dari pesawat juga akan dibuat secara berperingkat setiap 3 barisan.
4. Terus berhubung dengan AirAsia WiFi semasa penerbangan
Kini anda boleh merujuk menu sajian Santan, katalog Bebas Cukai, majalah penerbangan, serta menikmati kandungan hiburan digital secara percuma menggunakan peranti anda sendiri.
Dengan internet berkelajuan tinggi kami, anda juga boleh berhubung dengan keluarga dan rakan-rakan, dan mengakses perkhidmatan airasia Super App yang lain semasa penerbangan.
5. Pembayaran tanpa sentuhan
Semua kaunter perkhidmatan AirAsia di lapangan terbang di Malaysia kini menerima pembayaran digital menggunakan e-dompet, perbankan dalam talian dan transaksi kad kredit/debit.

AirAsia has undertaken numerous contactless technological innovations and improvements that will allow you to travel with enhanced comfort and provide a hassle-free door-to-door experience.
Guests can look forward to a convenient and seamless Self Check-in feature that allows for easy uploading and instant verification of health and vaccination documents via the airasia Super App, before heading to the airport. Which means, no more queuing at the counters or crowding at the airport.
AirAsia has robust procedures in place to maintain the highest safety standards at all times, including by having only fully-vaccinated flight crew to operate our flights. Built-in safety features of the aircraft itself, where the cabin air circulation and filtration provides hospital-grade airflow, ensures flying continues to be the safest mode of transportation, as proven by various international studies.
Before you book your flight with AirAsia, please take note of the following requirements to ensure a smooth travel experience:
Ensure that you (and your family) are eligible to travel. Please check on any travel restrictions or special requirements for travel to Langkawi and other destinations, including health documents such as COVID-19 negative test certificate and full vaccination certificate. You are also required to be fully vaccinated and have passed the vaccination maturity period as well as classified as “Low Risk” or “Casual Contact with No Symptoms” status under MySejahtera. These requirements may change from time to time so we advise that you check with the authorities for the latest updates.
Please note:
All adult guests and children aged 7 and above are required to undergo COVID-19 tests before departure. You can opt for the RT-PCR or RTK-Antigen test at any health facilities or private labs within 48 hours before departure OR use a self test kit and take it to the airport to undergo the test at the screening area provided OR purchase the self test kits at the screening area at the airport. You are required to bring your results to the airport before departure.
Children below six years of age are only required to undergo symptom screenings and they are required to be with their parents or caretakers who are fully vaccinated, not a positive case or close contacts to positive cases.
AirAsia has made Self Check-in mandatory to minimise physical contact and crowding at the airport. You can easily do this via the airasia Super App or the airasia.com website as early as 14 days before your departure date. Simply scan or upload any required vaccination or health documents during the online check-in process for real-time verification.
Please note:
Counter check-in service will only be available for guests with reduced mobility, those travelling with an infant (under 24 months of age), and young guests travelling alone.
A counter check-in fee will apply to guests not specified above.
Arrive early at the airport. Guests are encouraged to arrive preferably 4 hours before departure to allow for enough time for all the necessary processes to take place. Support staff will be on stand-by to guide guests and assist with any queries.
Wear a face mask before, during and after the flight. The regular 3-ply mask will do, or you may opt for double-masking for better protection. Masks with an open valve are not permitted onboard AirAsia flights.
Here are a few tips to help you plan for a pleasant, hassle-free journey with AirAsia.
Make full use of the airasia Super App. If you haven’t, we advise that you download and install it on your smartphone now. This is the only all-in-one app that you need for your journey - from flight to hotel bookings, checking in, health document verification, through to boarding with your e-Boarding Pass and inflight services. If you’re travelling in a group or with family, please make sure each guest has the airasia Super App installed on their smartphones. Use contactless kiosks at the airport to print baggage tags and self-drop your bags. If you have bags to check in, remember to pre-book your baggage online at the time of booking up to 4 hours before your flight, to enjoy the best savings. Once you have checked in online, simply scan the QR code on your e-Boarding Pass at the check-in kiosk to print the baggage tags and proceed to the Self Baggage Drop counters to load your bags.
Staggered boarding and disembarkation. This will ensure a smooth flow and minimise contact amongst guests and crew. Boarding will be done beginning with guests seated at the back of the aircraft (Zone 2), followed by Zone 3 (mid area) and finally Zone 1 (front/hot seats). Disembarkation will be done for every 3 rows at a time.
Connect to AirAsia WiFi onboard. You can now browse the digital menu of Santan, Duty Free catalogue, travel magazines, and a vast collection of entertainment content for free using your own device. With our high-speed internet services, you can stay connected with family and friends during the flight and access even more services on the airasia Super App.
Contactless payment option. All AirAsia service counters at airports in Malaysia accept digital payment using e-wallet, online banking and credit/debit card transactions.
Lastly, a few more points to note so that you know you can have that peace of mind throughout your journey.
Only fully-vaccinated flight crew and support personnel are on duty. All AirAsia flights will be operated only by fully-vaccinated crew and this applies to ground operations and baggage handling staff as well.
High-Efficiency Particulate Arrestor (HEPA) filters. The cabin air constantly flows from the aircraft ceiling to the floor before it is suctioned into the high-performance HEPA filter, similar to that commonly used in hospital operation theatres. All our aircraft are equipped with powerful HEPA filters that remove 99.99% of dust particles and airborne contaminants including viruses and bacteria. The cabin air is completely refreshed every 3 minutes to ensure the highest possible quality of air throughout your flight.
Aircraft deep cleaning. All of our aircraft are cleaned and sanitised after each flight and during every night stop, they go through a thorough 2-hour deep cleaning process, in compliance with instructions from health authorities.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All AirAsia pilots, cabin crew, guest services and ground handlers will be wearing PPE on ground and throughout the flight including face masks and gloves. Cabin crew are well-trained to assist with any medical situation inflight.
Inflight meals are produced and packaged according to strict safety and hygiene requirements. Make sure you pre-book your meals to avoid disappointment, as meals available for purchase onboard are limited to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. AirAsia observes a strict “No outside food” policy on all its flights.
