MEE SEGERA: HALAL TETAPI MERBAHAYA

SUMBER: Public Health Malaysia

Fast fact Mee Segera

Lihat http://www.siakapkeli.my/…/video-viral-pelbagai-isu-halal-s…

1. Kandungan GARAM dan GULA yang tinggi
2. Tidak mengandungi sebarang khasiat, vitamin dan mineral.
3. Mengandungi Transfat
4. Kandungan MSG yang TINGGI (serbuk perasa)
5. Mengandungi bahan pengawet

------------------------------------------------------
Jika Memudaratkan Mengapa Masih Di Jual?

How to Become Famous on Facebook and Get a Lot of Likes

1. Making Your Page Awesome

1. Get nice pictures. The pictures on your page, like your profile and cover image, are what make your first impression on people so it’s really important for them to be good. Make your profile picture something really interesting and make sure that the colors in both pictures go well together.

For example, get a nice black and white picture of yourself to use as a portrait and then a black and white, wide, narrow shot of you walking in a forest or doing an activity you enjoy to use for your cover image.

Making your pictures match each other will make your page look more professional when people come to it.

2. Develop a persona. You want to seem like a larger-than-life person, someone who does interesting things and has interesting opinions. Make sure that people see you as a full person by posting opinions, discussions, and things that are important to you. People should feel like they know you, so make it easy to understand who you are and what you care about.

Always be upbeat or positive. You should be a person who is upbeat or positive. Constantly complaining about girls/boys, your family, or whatever else drives you crazy is just going to drive people away. They have enough of their own problems and they want to feel like even when someone has a hard time, they can find the upside in the situation.

3. Post cool content. You want the content you post to be interesting. Don’t just post about the laundry sitting on your floor or whiny, passive-aggressive attempts to get attention. Instead, post funny stories, good jokes, awesome pictures, and interesting facts. Post things that are relevant or improve other people’s day, not something annoying and boring.

If you have a talent, use it! If you sing, draw, write, or have any other talent that you can show off, do that! Record videos or post pictures to get other people interested in the cool things you do.

You can also post content you like that you find on Tumblr, Reddit, Upworthy, and other popular sites, if you don't always have the time or ability to make your own.

4. Don’t be spammy. Don’t post too often, post about social games you’re playing, or treat your Facebook wall like an advertisement for a store. When stores ask you to mention them on Facebook for a discount, ignore it. When something you’re about to post looks like it would go to the spam folder in your email, stop. Being spammy will make people take you out of their feed fast!

Method: 2
Building a Following

1. Make your page public. If you want to get lots of friends on Facebook and get lots of people looking at your content, make your page a public page. This will really help make sure that more people see your stuff. Just remember: don’t post anything that’s going to come back to haunt you!

2. Get lots of friends. Friend everyone you meet in real life, if possible. Friend everyone at school and try to friend your friends’ friends as well (now there’s a tongue twister).

When someone you aren’t friends with comments or interacts with your posts, friend them. When you see someone on a fan page you think might like your page, friend them. The more friends you have, the more people will see and interact with your posts.

Friend even people that you don't know very well or only met once. No one is actually personal friends with 500+ people, so don't feel discourages when you see other famous Facebook users with huge friends lists.

Don't forget to friend people that you haven't seen in a really long time. Maybe those friendships will even be rekindled!

3. Join communities and groups. Find a community that would like you and join it. Fan pages, groups, anything like that where you are the person to know because you are a great example of what that group of people find interesting.

Groups and communities are great ways to meet people and make new friends outside of your immediate area, giving you a voice across the country and across the world!

Appealing to one group of people is going to be easier than trying to appeal to everyone. Find your niche and appeal to them.

4. Encourage interaction. Your posts should make people want to comment like, or otherwise interact with you. Post questions, opinions on controversial topics, or inspiring quotes or stories.

The more likes, shares, and comments you get, the more Facebook will make sure that people see your posts.

Example posts would look like: "I'm no policy adviser, but the US is handling this Syria business all wrong. What do you guys think?" or "Macklemore concert next month...wish I could go so bad! Who's with me?" or "“I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure.

I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best.”-Marilyn Monroe".

5. Interact a lot. Interact with other people a lot. This will make them feel like they know you and will also give you the chance to meet new friends.

Comment on their status updates and pictures, leave birthday messages, and find other ways to interact with everyone you’re friends with on Facebook.

6. Time important or exciting posts carefully. When you’re posting something that you really want people to see, make sure you time it well. Saturday mornings and weekday evenings are when the greatest number of people are checking their feed!

Method 3
Expanding Your Reach

1. Use Twitter and Instagram too. Post stuff on twitter and Instagram to make sure even more people get to see your content. Make sure that there is a link to your Facebook so that they can find you and friend you there for even more content and posts. Try not to overlap the content too much: you want people to feel like they have a reason to follow you on every network, not just one!

2.Pair your Facebook with a blog. To give people even more of a connection to you, have a blog. This can be on Facebook but keeping it on a separate site would be better, since it will help increase your audience.

Make sure your blog content is just as interesting and personal, so that people are invested in the things you write down. Have a link to your Facebook and encourage people to friend you there.

3.Advertise yourself on other websites. If you do have a blog, find ways to advertise your blog elsewhere to draw in even more people. Find communities which are interested in the kind of content you post and comment, telling them to friend you to find all sorts of cool new stuff.

Tips
1. Add people who are famous already.

2. Always be an active user!

3. The goal is to make yourself seem cool and interesting and the sort of person that people would brag about knowing or being friends with. Then, to really seal the deal, make everyone feel like they know you really well (even if they don’t). They’ll like being “friends” with someone like you because it makes them feel cooler, funnier, or more interesting by association.

4. Don't forget to wish everyone a happy birthday!

5. Be real. Read more of the news feed on your home page and verify content before hitting 'like'. This makes your community more genuine than just a mere follower.

6.Log in every day if you can.

7. Ask questions about public ideas such as "Who will go to the Eurovision this year?".

8.Always try to tag that person who's more popular on Facebook. You never know, it might work!

Warnings
1. Don’t post anything that you’ll regret later in life. Lots of people have lost jobs, scholarships, and other opportunities because of things they posted on Facebook.

2. Don't call yourself famous. Don't be narcissistic.

3. Don't demand attention or people to like you on Facebook, because they'll most likely avoid you altogether.

4. Don't be mean! You have to be nice and kind with all.

5. Fame really isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Prepare yourself for downsides.

6. Don't write rude comments in photos or status of others and yourself.

7.Don't write racist/politic or religion views in your status.

11 Top Hacks to Finding Fame on Instagram

Learn what to post on Instagram and become a power user in no time.

By Larry Kim
Founder and CTO, WordStream@larrykim

It's one of the most popular social networking sites on the planet, with over 200 million active monthly members sharing 60 million images and 1.6 billion likes per day.

Instagram quickly outgrew its first impression as a fun app for kids and has become a serious content marketing, networking and audience building tool for individuals and brands.

Just how awesome is it?

Engagement rates for brands on most social networks are less than 0.1%, but Instagram blows them all away. The average Instagram engagement rate for brands in a 2014 Forrester study was an epic 58 times higher than on Facebook.

You can't argue with numbers like that. But that's just average. And as I advocate across all manners of online marketing, you don't want to be average!

Average isn't something we aspire to be.

It's not a dream, or a goal.

58 times greater engagement than something else sounds great, but you can do so much better than that on Instagram.

Whether you're a big brand or maybe just wondering how to become Instagram famous, I don't want you to strive for average --

I want you to reach for the stars and become an Instagram unicorn. A digital unicorn is that magical, rare creature that in this case outperforms all others by orders of magnitude.

And you're going to accomplish this by working these amazing Instagram hacks into your social strategy. Check out these Instagram caption ideas and see what to post on Instagram to get way more visibility and engagement:

1.  Cross-promote your dedicated hashtag.

That's nice that you created a #joesgarage hashtag for your company, but who knows to use it to share content about you?

Make sure it's in your profile, but take the game offline and have it printed on your receipts, in print ads, on signage in your store and at relevant events.

If you're on radio and TV, direct people to use your hashtag. Integrate with offline by ensuring it's listed on your other social profiles, on your website, and in your email blasts. Don't just hope people will find it.

2.  Get creative with hashtagging. When it comes to Instagram caption ideas, you need to look beyond the one word, obvious hashtags. Sure, you want to use those, too, but mix it up and use hashtags to tell part of your story.

Be funny, ironic, or outrageous--just don't be BORING. Collaborative workspace company WeWork is great at this, and they include a fun mix of Instagram content, too.

3.  Participate in massively popular conversations.

For every post, use a mix of topically relevant hashtags such as #woodconstruction for a carpentry company, for example, as well as trending, super popular hashtags wherever you can.

The really specific hashtags are like longtail keywords in that they show more intent and help you find the right people, but the universally trending hashtags like #instagood, #tbt, #photooftheday or even plain old #fun get you in front of more people in general. You need both to make it on a social network as big and noisy as Instagram.

4.  Make the most of your bio URL

It's prime real estate on your Instagram profile... do you really want your bio to only link to your website homepage, now and forever? Yawn. Change it up at least bi-weekly and use that clickable link in your bio to drive traffic to your newest or most popular content.

5.  Get descriptive. A picture is worth a thousand words, but you can't skip the words entirely. National Geographic is fantastic at using storytelling alongside their Instagram photos to generate engagement and sharing.

While traditional media brands have dropped like flies, NatGeo has thrived across digital and become one of the top brands on Instagram, with over 50 million followers.

Like the other Instagram hacks I've included here, this is something you'll want to commit to working into your strategy over time, so don't worry if it feels weird at first. Your writing will improve as you find your Instagram voice.

6.  Go all in on influencer marketing. Visit the profiles of each person you've identified as an influencer in your space (AKA a person who influences the people you want to get in front of) and "Turn On Post Notifications" to be notified every time they share new content. You can then interact with them regularly and become one of their favorite people or brands.

7.  Remove tagged photos of you from your profile. If you only want to feature the best user generated content about you or your brand on your Instagram profile, you can. Now, you can't remove the tagged photo from the site entirely, but choosing "Edit Tags," selecting the ones you want to remove and choosing "Hide from Profile" (you may need to confirm) does the trick.

8.  Approve photo tags before the content shows on your profile. Speaking of giving you greater control over which tagged photos appear on your profile, you can change your Instagram setting so tagged photos won't show unless you approve them first.

You'll find this under "Options," "Photos of You," and "Add Manually." I'm trying to think of why any company would NOT want to do this... Nope. I've got nothing. You should absolutely set this up to avoid potentially embarrassing situations.

9.  Develop your own Instagram style. It's human nature to want to fit in, but on Instagram, you want to stand out. Indian beverage brand Frooti has developed such a unique visual content style, it's instantly recognizable every time a user sees one a Frooti post in their newsfeed. Check it out:

10.  Get local. See what's going on in a specific area (say, your neighborhood, a city you're targeting in ads, or even an event in a certain location) by going to the search page and choosing the Places tab. Then, type in the name of the place to see all geotagged posts for that location.

11.  Remember your calls to action! Instagram, like other social networks, is a conversation, not a broadcasting platform. What action do you want people to take on your post? If you don't know that, start over and figure it out.

Staples is great at generating engagement by letting people know exactly what they expect them to do with their posts (bonus points if you make it sound fun). Often, that call to action cleverly gets people to share or virally spread Staples' content.

Apa Ada Pada Usia 40 Tahun?

Salah satu keistimewaan usia 40 tahun tercermin daripada Sabda Rasulullah SAW, “Seorang hamba muslim apabila usianya mencapai 40 tahun, Allah akan meringankan hisabnya (perhitungan amalnya).” (HR. Ahmad)

Mengapa umur 40 tahun begitu penting?

Menurut Ibnu Qayyim Al-Jauziyah umur manusia diklasifikasikan menjadi 4 (empat peringkat), iaitu:
(1) Anak-anak (aulad); sejak lahir hingga akil baligh,
(2) Pemuda (syabab); sejak akil baligh hingga 40 tahun,
(3) Dewasa (kuhul); 40 tahun hingga 60 tahun,

Setelah dia besar sampai ke peringkat matang yang sempurna dan sampai ke peringkat umur empat puluh tahun, maka dia berdoa: “Wahai Tuhanku, ilhamkanlah daku supaya tetap bersyukur akan nikmatMu yang Engkau kurniakan kepadaku dan kepada ibu bapaku, dan supaya aku tetap mengerjakan amal soleh yang Engkau redhai;

“Dibangkitkan Rasulullah s.a.w pada usia 40 tahun” (Riwayat al-Bukhari).

Salah satu keistimewaan usia 40 tahun tercermin daripada sabda Rasulullah ﷺ

“Seorang hamba muslim bila usianya mencapai 40 tahun, اللّهُ  akan meringankan hisabnya (perhitungan amalnya). Jika usianya mencapai 60 tahun, اللّهُ  akan memberikan anugerah berupa kemampuan kembali (bertaubat) kepadaNya.

-Meneguhkan tujuan hidup
-Meningkatkan daya spiritual
-Menjadikan uban sebagai peringatan (bukan dicabut)
-Memperbanyak bersyukur
-Menjaga makan dan tidur
-Menjaga istiqamah dalam ibadah

A memorialization request:

10 STEPS TO DEFEAT HACKING SOFTWARE ATTACKS

Here are some simple steps to defeat hacking software attacks:

1. Calm down. It happens. But it’s time to act.

If you’ve found that you are a victim of some data breach, most of the time it’s not even a threat. However, you need to ask yourself some questions. You need to introspect and revisit the security measures you are taking to secure your online life.

2. Now reset all your passwords and defeat hacking software attacks

The first and foremost step after you’ve been hacked it to reset all your passwords. Use new and strong passwords that are a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, digits, and symbols.

Also, avoid reusing a password as it’s something that we do unconsciously. Another thing that you must keep in mind while creating strong passwords, don’t ever create passwords that have your personal information.

3. Check your account statements and make changes

Thoroughly review financial account statements related to the affected accounts for some unusual activity. Look for new payment methods, new accounts linked, or new shipping addresses. Hackers targetting your online accounts with one obvious reason related to money.

You need to check your credit card reports for suspicious activities and if you find anything fishy, cancel that card and book a new one.

4. Connected accounts too can do the damage

Very often, one online account is linked to other accounts. The compromised email account could be the one you used to verify some other email account.
Same applies to your online banking and e-commerce accounts. So, it’s a safe practice to perform a security checked for all accounts and update the passwords.

5. De-authorize all connected apps

All the apps you’re using on your phone are connected to some email account or your Facebook account. So, it would be an obvious decision to de-authorize all these apps. This could be a pain to re-authorize all the apps, but it’s the right to do.

6. Use two-factor authentication to defeat hacking software attacks

While setting up the new accounts, enable the option of two-factor authentication. This method adds an extra layer of security to your accounts. Don’t skip it, it makes your account 4-5 times more secure.

Here is how to enable 2-factor Authentication on Google and Facebook.

7. Recover your accounts

All the major services like Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, and Apple provide a detailed guide to get back your account after you lose its control. Just search for account recovery for your service and follow the steps.

8. Update your PC and phone

A very high percentage of hackers target yo using the vulnerabilities on your PC and phone operating systems. If you are running older versions, there is a possibility that your device isn’t getting regular security updates.

Go to system settings and find the update system to perform the update. Make this a regular habit to protect yourself.

9. Scan your devices for malware

Using a worthy anti-malware tool is another important step. Download some good antivirus product and don’t hesitate to pay for it.

Don’t forget to update your product as no matter how solid your antivirus product is, it’s useless if its virus database definitions are outdated.

10. Tell your friends and family. Spread awareness to defeat hacking attacks

Well, after fixing all the loopholes, it’s time to go to your friends and family members. As for them about the basic steps, they are taking to keep themselves secure and tell them where they are lacking.

5 TIPS TO KEEP ANDROID DEVICE SECURE

Android’s brings various perks for users. It also makes it vulnerable to security issues.

Malicious app makers and hackers use Android’s flexibility to spy on user’s info like password, bank details etc.

With people relying on their smartphones to store personal as well as sensitive data, this can be a major issue. Other than that, there’s also the issue of a lost or stolen phone.

Your phone in the wrong hands might land you in some serious trouble. Well, as they say, precaution is always better than cure, so if you haven’t yet secured your Android device, you should now!

Here are our 10 tips that will make your Android device secure:

1. Encrypt your Android device

Google has taken some steps towards encryption. There’s an “Encrypt phone” feature on Android that can be accessed in Settings->Security. It encrypts your accounts, settings, downloaded apps, app data, media and other files which can only be unlocked by a PIN or Password.

You must encrypt your device if you keep sensitive data on your device, if your device is hacked or stolen, your data will not be accessed until the encryption key is entered.

You can only decrypt by doing factory reset. Also, the encryption process takes an hour or more. Don’t interrupt the process though, as Google says you might lose all or some of your data.

2. Control App Permissions

Android 6.0 includes iOS-like app permissions, which makes sure you can control what info a particular app might be taking. Apps on Marshmallow ask permission when needed and you can deny a particular permission.

You still can manage app permission by going to Settings->Apps. There, you can select an app and then tap on Permissions to disable a permission they have, making sure that an app isn’t taking any info you are unwilling to give.

3. Set up Find My Device

Android Device Manager is extremely useful app, it comes pre-installed on many devices and you just have to enable it. You can remotely ring your phone, erase data or lock it.

You can enable it by going to Google Settings (Android 5.0 or previous) or Settings->Google (Android 6.0 Marshmallow), then go to Security and turn on “Remotely locate this device” and “Allow remote lock and erase”.

You can sign in to your Google account on another device over at android.com/devicemanager and take control of the remote actions like erase, lock and find your phone in case your device is stolen or lost.

4. Store important data in internal storage

An external storage not only affect the performance, it also involves risks of losing your important data. The problem happens because external memory uses a mix of EXT and FAT file system, which is pretty easy to access.

Also, when you connect  to a PC, the applications on the PC have block-level access to files on a SD card, thus having the ability to plant viruses or malwares.

Also, in Android 6.0 Marshmallow you can use an external sd card as “Adoptable storage“, which encrypts the storage and adds it to the internal storage, making it way more secure and fast.

5. Secure your network

If your network isn’t secure, it can be the gateway for hackers to steal your data, so it’s important that you browse the web securely. For that, you can use a VPN to make sure that all the information you send across the web is encrypted and your identity remains hidden.

A VPN app is your best bet if you want to conduct important transactions on the web without having to worry about your data.

Download Psiphon Pro VPN

Bonus :
Use a Root Management App if you a rooted device
Rooting your Android device brings a lot of advantages but it also comes with its fair share of flaws.

Rooting makes sure that your device’s security is open to be compromised, as there won’t be any official updates and apps can go ahead and take elevated permissions. This might result in data theft and apps installing malicious code.

While we certainly don’t recommend rooting your device if you want to stay secure but if you must, you should install a root management app like SuperSU, which lets you grant or block root access to apps, thus giving you more control.

The 7 Best Social Media Channels for Business Marketing

Social media is ideal for increasing lead generation, and enhancing brand awareness.

Some 91% of retail brands utilize 2+ social media channels. It’s important to only work with what you can manage—any more will result in an inefficacious marketing strategy.

Here are the top 7 best social media channels for business marketing:

1. Yelp

With Yelp your customers will provide reviews of your business products and services.

Yelp is an American multinational corporation headquartered in San Francisco, California.

It develops, hosts and markets Yelp.com and the Yelp mobile app, which publish crowd-sourced reviews about local businesses, as well as the online reservation service Yelp Reservations.

The company also trains small businesses in how to respond to reviews, hosts social events for reviewers, and provides data about businesses, including health inspection scores.

2. YouTube

By all accounts, YouTube remains the most important audio-visual search engine and platform for social media use. YouTube offers maximum traction, and plenty of behind-the-scenes content optimization possibilities to boost your company’s rankings online.

YouTube pre-rolls, dynamic video retargeting and remarketing initiatives are highly effective means of increasing your exposure on social media platforms.

3. Instagram

A picture is worth 1,000 words, and this universally popular photo-sharing platform does the trick every time. Customers, clients, delegates and attendees routinely love to post pictures of their experience on Instagram.

The hashtag option is particularly useful, and customers can be incentivized with raffles, giveaways, prizes, and other promotional offers.

4. Pinterest

Companies that have high quality (HD) images will find Pinterest to be one of the most useful professional marketing channels for social media sharing.

Owing to the incredible viral abilities inherent in Pinterest, your marketing message can reach millions of users in double-quick time. Adding URLs to your images can serve as the perfect redirects to your website to boost sales, ROI, CTR and engagement.

5. Twitter

Much has been made of the waning popularity of Twitter, but nothing could be further from the truth. The 140-character microblogging platform is hugely popular. Tweets that are catchy and exciting will go viral instantly.

Hashtags must be used to enhance the quality of Twitter posts, and retweets bring the message home in spectacular fashion. The goal is always to increase the number of followers, and enhance the levels of engagement on your social platforms.

6. LinkedIn

LinkedIn is great for business to business marketing. It is a fantastic social media platform that allows you to post professional content about your company’s achievements, goals and objectives.

Since you will be competing with a pool of skilled professionals, it all begins by building connections—not sales pitches. LinkedIn Groups is a great place to begin.

7.Facebook

Last, but not least is the world’s biggest social media platform. Facebook has a myriad of marketing features available to clients, including the Facebook feed, where updates can be posted.

Dynamic video retargeting campaigns are highly effective on Facebook, and paid advertising is routinely used by thousands and thousands of companies around the world.

With billions of users, Facebook is the most effective social media marketing channel of all, and it is growing fast.
